A small Malifaux tourney was play at Unlimited Hobbies at Blacktown, results where:

The good thing about turn up was I got a chance to take a peek at this

So finally got my board to the a sort of semi decent standard, I’ll still fix up the terrain but that’s for a future date.
The board was made with 4 pieces of 4″ x 4″ 6mm MDF, painted over with Dulux course texture paint. The designs where then burnt into the board using a crafting iron. Finally some foam was placed on the players edges and covered with a layer of felt.
Went down to the usual Friday hang out at Unlimited Hobbies to play a game of Malifaux, Jenby wanted to try out her ratty crew lead by Hamelin vs the Pew Pew Power of Perdita. Sad to say but Hamelin and his rats just got chewed up from all the pew pewness of the Guild Crew. Strategies where Hamelin with Find the Treasure and Perdita with Contain Power.

Headed down to C-Town tonight to pick up a can of Dullcoat that Jen had been bugging Matt to stock for a while now. Whilst there I saw that he had the Cutlass rule book and just couldn’t resist picking it up too, plus a Convict Gunslinger that I needed to round off my Lady J crew. Just need to decided which minis company figure range I should use, plus of course a terrain board. Sigh.
Finished off the remaining members of my Hoofman crew, plus some Caine Remains.
Gah I really need to get a better camera and get some better photography skills.
Painted up 2 Guild Hounds, a Guardian, a Hunter and the Mech Assistant. I can tell that I don’t really like these minis coz my paint job is kinda lame on them, /sigh.
Got up my test mini for my Hoffman Crew, kinda happy about the colour scheme, but not too happy about how the inking went.
The Germlin is going to be my Turn Counter for my board, but I believe that I stuffed up his eyes he seems to be shifty looking to the right.
